Refund Policy

If you no longer wish to take this course (or would like to register for a different time), you can reach out to me at grant@listenfirstspeaksecond.com to request a refund any time before the beginning of the second class of the course you registered for.

Conduct

Listen First, Speak Second is committed to being for everyone, regardless of who you are. Harassment of any form will not be tolerated, and may result in removal from the course at the discretion of Listen First, Speak Second. If you feel uncomfortable during a class, please do not hesitate to share it with the instructor during the class or afterwards by emailing grant@listenfirstspeaksecond.com.

Removal From Course

Listen First, Speak Second is committed to creating a safe environment to learn about and improve at conversations. As such, we reserve the right to remove someone from either an individual class or the course as a whole at our own discretion. If this is done, no refund will be issued.

Region

Currently, we only offer our course within Canada, excluding Manitoba and Saskatchewan, for tax reasons. Manitoba & Saskatchewan will come shortly, and we hope to expand to other regions in the future. If you are in another region and interested in LFSS, feel free to shoot an email to grant@listenfirstspeaksecond.com, it may very well speed up our expansion to other regions!
